Beaumont market briefs

The Beaumont MSA has weathered the real estate storm fairly well.  REO's still remain relatively low in our market.  Market values in the various market sectors have remained stable.  However, in general, marketing times have increased and inventories have declined.  New home construction continues at a slow but steady pace.  Local agents are seeing a slightly increase in market activity in the first quarter of 2010.
